All applications will be reviewed and successful candidates will be invited to complete psychometric testing and attend face-to-face meetings with the University of Nottingham team.

The Panel Day
Between 3 - 5 candidates will be invited to attend the panel meeting for each role. The panel will be made up of a variety of people from the senior leadership team, such as CFO, FD, Senior HR, VCs, Professional Services Director etc.
There will be two parts:
- Part 1 – A competency based interview (1 hour),
- Part 2 - A separate values based interview (1 hour) with a different panel.
Please note, at this stage we do not envisage offering any additional panel dates. It is therefore crucial that you are available on the dates above and we ask that you check your diary in advance and save the date. As you can understand, pulling together the diaries of multiple members of the senior leadership team for the panels is challenging hence why these dates are fixed and have been confirmed several months in advance.
Feedback will be provided as soon as possible after your meeting (no more than 5 working days).
